What is the fund size and structure?
We are raising $50M in total equity, structured as a Delaware LP with Silly Industries Ltd as GP. Deployment begins once $20M is closed. Minimum check is $1M; preferred/anchor checks are $5M+. Full economics (2% management fee, 20% carry with 8% pref + catch-up) and the distribution waterfall are detailed on the Fund Overview & Terms page.
What is your investment thesis?

How do you structure investments?
We primarily use convertible notes to minimize founder dilution and fund risk, with equity reserved for select cases. This aligns with our long-term, patient-capital approach.
